This update fixes compatibility for Nucleares "V2" by disabling the AO Madness easter egg present in code. This will be reactivated once Scenarios are turned back on
This update also moves from the zipfile approach to releases, and instead just ships a single executable. This should make updating much more seamless in the future (Though the download size is a tad larger)

Upon installing this release: The _internal folder included with older installs may be safely deleted
