datafilter

Migrated from V4 to V5 based on OKS. Now the dfbackend is merged with the Data Filter.
For the first time setup of the datafilter, you can run

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/DUNE-DAQ/datafilter/refs/heads/develop/setup-datafilter.sh
source setup-datafilter.sh

You need to modify the $INSTALL_DIR in the script to set where you want it to install.
