I'm not sure if this is valid. It's not user the branding and copyrighted design files. We could of course patch this to say Of course removing this blank panel has very low impact, so I'm not necessarily against it. |

I don't think that is a good idea, because the assets for the modules are licensed CC BY-NC-ND. |

Removes the AS Blank Panel Special from Cardinal.
This module should be removed from the project because it contains a copyright violation. You can see this yourself if you right click the module, and then select "Panel B".
