This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.
- Install Redis via homebrew:
brew install redis- Install Postgres.app for Mac or via homebrew:
brew install postgresql@17- Run the following redis commands to start up and interact with a local Redis server, respectively:
redis-server
redis-cli- Start/Stop PostgreSQL server (for Homebrew installation):
brew services start postgresql@17
brew services stop postgresql@17- Copy .env.template from project root and populate environment variables:
cp .env.template .env.local- Run the following command from the project root to set up local PostgreSQL DB:
npm run db-setupFirst, run the development server:
npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun devOpen http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.
You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.
This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Inter, a custom Google Font.
