Updated VMC group list with new entries. Mostly focused on multi-disc titles, but did find a few new cross-game interactions

Multi-disc titles should already be handled automatically by the game installer. |

Also, the name of each game serves no function other than making the list human readable so those changes are unnecessary. |

Happy to add any new cross-game interactions that I missed. |
Most of the new interactions I found are in the Konami groups, specifically the other two Tokimeki Memorial Drama Series games being able to share save data with the fist one that's already there, and Vandal Hearts II, which does the same thing. The only exceptions to this are the Tokimeki Memorial 2 Substories series, which has it's own group, and Tokimeki Memorial 2, which should be grouped with the three Emotional Voice System Append discs. Edit: forgot about Persona 2 and the Japanese Beatmania and DDR games. |

There's still a lot of unnecessary changes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but are these all the new groups? If so, they just need to be added and nothing else changed. |

Yes, those are the only completely new ones. However, a couple other games were added to the Konami groups that intact with another title in that group besides Metal Gear Solid. |

And these in the By the way, there is one more game... Dragon seeds. I excluded it intentionally. It had so many games that it interacted with, a number of which already belonging to other groups, as well as a number of games that are so popular I thought it would be highly likely that one person could easily play a large number of them. With limited space on PS1 memory cards, I didn't think it feasible. |

I thought I'd take one last look at this to try to decipher what's going on here... Why has Policenauts and one of the Silent Hill games been removed from The groups There's also still tons of rows where the game's title has been change for no reason, making it harder to identify the actual changes. These appear to be all the new additions and the only changes necessary: Added to New group New group New group GP_Tokimeki Memorial 2 Substories |
