when you click on the article, code does not redirect to the specific article

"How To Contribute" section Issue

One possible solution to introduce this section could be create a new header titled "How to contribute" at the top of the blog

I don't think we need to merge the pull request yet. I'll try to make a few more additions to the readme on the weekend and merge it then. I also think the mentioned issues, #12 and #13, are not blocked can be worked on separately already.
