This PR aims to move Unitful.jl into an extension.
For julia versions before 1.9, Unitful is loaded unconditionally.
The default
_get_unitfunction is now made a three-argument function, and dispatching on that value is how aUnitful.Quantityis identified.Not urgent, but it would be a nice addition.
