The orchestrator doc annotated the harness PV-CI check as "must stay 179" / "PV-CI exit 0 (179)" while the live gate reports 182. Verified no 179 hardcode in vsd-vault/.vsd/ — the harness checks PV-CI exit-0, not a literal count, so this was doc drift only (the loop would not have failed). Annotation now matches the gate.
