The headline test-count line, the Hard Rules baseline, and the build-command comment said PV-CI 179 while the live gate + .github/INVARIANTS_ALLOWLIST.json both report 182 (179->182 = +3 PoSR-phase1 novel-assurance invariants). Dated historical NOTE (2026-06-21) left at 179 -- accurate for its date. Lands the CLAUDE.md PV-CI prose fix that missed the #51 auto-merge window (auto-merge fired on d336b07 before this commit registered).
