파일 마지막에 1개의 개행 문자를 추가하는 것은 POSIX의 Line 정의를 따르기 위한 것 입니다.

POSIX에서는 Line을 "개행 문자로 끝나는 0개 이상의 개행 문자가 아닌 문자들의 시퀀스"으로 정의하고 있습니다. 그래서 GitHub에서도 다음과 같이 경고를 보여줍니다.
