really good PR! You thoroughly implemented the ticket. Great work! Just need to wait on some confirmation from design regarding font weights/fonts in general. will update

ty for bringing the banner unresponsiveness to light, I turned that into another ticket and it's already merged! |

moved USD suffix into the input area, added padding 
buttons changed to match figma. |

Description
Migrated the Step1Amount component to TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui. Using those same tools, I built out Step3Confirm to look as close to the figma as possible (without adding the credit card number and other things the ticket said not to add).

On smaller screens, the FCC banner does not fit the screen properly. This however was not in the scope of my ticket.
