Connects to #1287. Snovault conversion

This PR contains the changes needed to remove contentbase and convert to snovault as the underlying framework. Additional details describing changes and such are available in the #1287 ticket.

Additional work should be done on the database to remove camel casing from the object types so that they are compatible with snovault.

To reiterate, sufficient testing should be done prior to merging this.

• At time of writing, tests pass, but re-confirm that they work after the branch is brought up to date with master/dev
• Frontend should be thoroughly tested to confirm that things are at parity with master/dev
• Backend should be thoroughly tested to confirm that JSON responses and embedding of objects all behavior correctly
