Sync link fixes from the mintlify-docs-dev copy of these pages. The new site has no /core prefix so internal links move to /reference and /concepts paths. Also move the index title to frontmatter and drop the duplicate H1. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This repo's docs folder is becoming the source of truth for the Python client docs, so fixes made in the staging copy need to be carried back here. Without this change the docs verification check added in #778 will report broken links on every run.
