This updates the tests to run against Python 3.10-3.14, and Django 4.2, 5.2, and 6.0.
We also fix CI (I don't think it was running before) so we don't have to setup an environment just to test this package, update some of the other test related dependencies (pytest/factoryboy), and run
poetry updateto update the locked related packages.
