Moved customhttp, network, and observability to pkg/ to improve modularity and accessibility. Updated imports across the codebase.

Moved `internal/browser/network/customhttp`, `internal/browser/network`, and `internal/observability` to `pkg/customhttp`, `pkg/network`, and `pkg/observability` respectively.
Updated all import paths to reflect the new locations.
Ran `go mod tidy` to clean up dependencies.
Verified changes with tests.
