barebones login and register pages, each view has text at the bottom for navigating to the other view
these are just the views, does not create new accounts yet | login has fixed username/password
upon successful login, the map page is displayed
register currently only checks for matching password and verify password fields
TODO: verify valid inputs for registration and login views
