Resolves #296
This refactoring PR removes the remaining uses of
dm-treeinhandlers.torchandhandlers.jax, replacing it withtorch.utils._pytreeandjax.treerespectively in those contexts. This shouldn't be a breaking change, but it would be nice to include removal of a dependency in the next release.
