Powerups

🍼 = x5 points for next child

⚡ = x2 speed spawns at score 25 (lasts 10 seconds)

🛡️ = invincibility spawns at score 50 (lasts 10 seconds) 0.5% chance

🧑🏻‍⚖️ = lawer removes all police and doesnt kill you when you touch next police 1% chance (100% at score 30)

❤️ = extra life 0.25% chance also resets length upon death
