adding Apple Silicon support M1, M2 and M3 GPUs. torch device is now mps, some torch load maping was needed, conversion was added to float32 instead of float64
torch device is now mps, some changes on torch maping, conversion was added to float32 instead of float64 due limitation on mps device
remove nvidia, added mps reqs, added clip and taming-transformers
