[codex] initial import

What changed

• Imported the existing PowerLinux repository contents as a standard branch-based change on top of origin/main.
• Preserved the existing plugin credential files exactly as requested.

Why

• The earlier direct import branch had no common history with main, so this branch recreates the same import on a mergeable base.

Validation

• git restore --source=codex/initial-import --staged --worktree -- .
• git commit -m "initial import"
• git push -u origin codex/initial-import-pr

Notes

• GitHub push protection was bypassed with your approval for the credential-bearing files that the repository already expects.
