Initial Build of Taskbar Groups Ex
Changes include:
- Migrating from Winforms to Wpf
- Updated to .net 9
- Fixed Transparency on Taskbar Groups Window
- Added new selection highlight to Taskbar Group Icons
- Added support for more types of Files including; Executable Applications, Universal Windows Applications, Shortcut Files (.url & .lnk), Web Shortcuts (Drag and Drop Favorite/Web Address from Web Browsers), Folders and Standard Files
- New Color Selection Window
- New configuration file (.ini) for Taskbar Groups to help facilitate updates and new features
- Better Scaling for icons/images that have dimensions that are not a power of 2
