Enables Bootswatch Themes and allows CSS overrides via a custom file.
bootstrap_themesetting to allow selection of a Bootswatch theme. Default theme set to Flashpaper.custom_csssetting to enable/disable the usage of a custom.css file for overriding any included CSS.This PR should resolve #58
