Audit media handling SDK docs

Summary

• Rewrite SDK media handling docs for file, image, and video pages with platform surfaces, parameter tables, and CodeGroup snippets.
• Add these pages to all docs-as-test page lists and update iOS/Android harness context for shared media IDs.
• Update the SDK audit tracker and regenerated llms outputs.
