A quick hack on top of Jagrosh's MusicBot.

Features:

• Append to playlist at the end using !queueplay
• Youtube email and password auth to play age-restricted videos

Issues:

• You will get update alerts that it's out of date, but you can turn that off in the config.txt
• Age-restricted videos sometimes play without Youtube auth set, but it's spotty. I'd appreciate reports.

To set up, run the music bot once, follow the prompts, and then quit.
Then edit the generated config file to your liking and run again.
