Updated the workflow to run on Ubuntu 20.04 instead of 22.04.
Updated the GitHub Actions workflow to use the latest Ubuntu version and added steps to install legacy Python and pip.
Updated Python installation steps and removed matrix strategy for legacy versions.
Consolidate echo commands into a single line for creating integration test config.
