Felt like the ATM Star could get some additional uses, so I added the following recipes:
Creative Chronometer

Creative Motor

Oritech Creative Tank (i know, we have Mekanism's creative fluid tank. I wanted to offer an option that you can change the contents of) Removed due to redundancy caused by Mekanism Tank Clearing Recipe

Create Creative Fluid Tank

Draconic Evolution Creative Power Source and Creative Capacitor (ported from ATM10sky)

Clear Mekanism Creative Fluid/Chemical Tanks (I ultimately opted to have them use ATM Stars to clear them. Now you will save ONE star when you clear them...)

Originally, quests were planned for these, but I lost them overnight (plus I don't really like to format text for quests)
Additionally, an absolutely ridiculous recipe for the Creative Worldshaper was planned, but had concerns that it may be a bit too OP, even with the ridiculous recipe. I commented them out in the file.

It would be better to add a way to change fluid in a tank from mek rather than adding 2 in my opinion

That gives me an idea...I could add a recipe to clear the creative fluid tank from Mekanism. Will do so soon. Same with the Chemical counterpart.

A little late for the comment, but I added the creative tank clearing recipes...shall I remove the oritech and create fluid tank recipes?

probably should, no reason to have others

NOTE: They are commented out in case this change would be reverted
Yes, that is correct, it will cost EIGHT stars to empty them now.
