Summary

This PR introduces the new tender discovery and extraction workflow, including new agents, tasks, tools, models, and report generation support.

Main Changes

  • Added support for tender discovery and extraction pipelines
  • Introduced new agents, tasks, and browser context handling
  • Added HTML to Markdown transformation support
  • Added Tender Overview Extractor and Single Page Loader tools
  • Improved contract parsing and JSON guardrails validation
  • Added contract loading from outputs and typed flow updates
  • Added HTML report generation support
  • Updated prompts, configurations, dependencies, and project scripts
  • Cleaned up scout crew structure and crawler tools
  • Added unit tests and updated documentation

Fixes & Refactors

  • Fixed async execution issues
  • Fixed parsing and guardrail edge cases
  • Removed unused imports and mock compliance tool
  • Refactored task and agent configurations
  • Improved flow logging and validation utilities
