The OSS dev docker compose includes everything and should run normally. Please ask your agent for help. Without the screenshot / video we cannot unfortunately accept this PR. |

I wasn’t able to capture a local before/after screenshot because the OSS dev Docker setup runs backend only and doesn’t include the frontend .
This is a UI-only change that adds clear visual hierarchy to the tool selector:
providers are rendered as non-clickable section headers
tools are indented underneath with a bullet marker
No behavior or data changes — only presentation.
Fixes #3303
