fix some issue and make some tweaks

1. fix issue cannot shot valkyries and elite valkyries in close range. #23 Frozen quicksoil glass has acceleration same as quicksoil glass. #24
2. tweak aerwhale and thunderlo drop to make them drop cooked meat if they caught fire
3. make empyrean gem drop affected by fortune
4. add treasure loot to align with dungeon rarity and boss difficulty
5. make bone ring ability stack with elysian ring
6. updated gradle requires Java 25

Thanks for the fixes! I am a bit concerned on updating the java requirement in the build right now but I will merge this soon as I will move Aether Departure from eclipse to intellij once I start work on it again which will be in the coming months.

This looks real interesting. I need to move the project over to intellij and ensure that the updated version of java works correctly for me. I will begin merging these pushes once I do that.

I have been moving over most of the PRs manually here due to branch conflicts, once I finish I will close this PR but I will let you know if I do not add something.
