Description:
This PR improves the visual design and responsiveness of the login page.
Enhancements include:
Increased input height and font size for better readability
Refined padding and spacing between input fields using space-y-*
Balanced alignment of form and image sections using Flexbox
Removed uneven margins and replaced with consistent gap-* and px-*
Applied consistent min-h and rounded styling to the login container
Affected Role(s):
Police Login Page (/login?role=police)
(Will apply similarly to citizen and community login forms if extended)
