This repository hosts the prototype design and foundational assets for the Volkswagen AutoSync Companion App. This application is designed to revolutionize the driver experience by integrating a powerful, conversational AutoSync AI Assistant directly into the vehicle management interface.
The core objective is to create a seamless, proactive, and intelligent connection between the driver, their vehicle diagnostics, and Volkswagen's service network.
The AutoSync App unifies four major service pillars into a single mobile interface:
- Proactive Diagnostics: Users can ask natural language questions (e.g., "How is my engine health?") and receive immediate, plain-language reports based on real-time vehicle data.
- Intelligent Alerting: The system automatically flags and explains critical alerts, such as low fluid levels or worn brake components, and suggests the next immediate action.
- Frictionless Booking: The AI assistant guides the user from a diagnostic alert directly into the service appointment scheduling flow, recommending convenient slots and authorized centers.
- Real-Time Parts Inventory: Users can query the availability and local pricing of specific parts (e.g., brake pads, engine oil) at nearby Volkswagen service centers.
- Instant Payment Access: Outstanding service balances are displayed directly in the chat interface, offering one-tap digital payment options (Credit/Debit Card, UPI).
- Secure Document Wallet: Centralized and secure storage for essential vehicle documentation, including the Driving Licence, Insurance, and Service Receipts.
- Remote Climate Conditioning: Users can adjust the cabin temperature remotely to ensure the car is comfortable before they enter (e.g., pre-cooling or pre-heating).
- Security Controls: Remote locking/unlocking and vehicle locator functionality provide peace of mind and convenience.
- Integrated Call Center Access: Provides a one-tap transition from the AI chat session to a live human support agent for complex issues.
- Automated Communication: Service confirmations, appointment details, and digital receipts are automatically delivered via a secure messaging platform (e.g., WhatsApp).
