Prepare 1.0.2 release

Summary:

• Bump package version and lock metadata to 1.0.2.
• Move the lifecycle/report cleanup notes from Unreleased to 1.0.2.
• Update README release asset examples and bare-metal project status docs for the 1.0.2 release prep.
