So this gets set no matter the networking configuration. It's not the ideal location but this'll do for now.
Don't have an ETA for the kubernetes cluster just yet.

…d resolution DNS requests are now handled by dnsmasq which in turn will use quad9 et. al. to resolve them. mDNS requests get passed onto Avahi when enabled as dnsmasq does not support this. By default, Docker reads the /etc/resolv.conf but since we have disabled that we specify the DNS server explicitly.
