Fix for the
ResolutionFailurewhich is raised after callmake commit-acceptancewhen thePipfilewas modified.It seems that without
PIPENV_RESOLVER_PARENT_PYTHON=1pipenv may use different version of Python for the resolver subprocess, which causes failure.
