Assembler import is broken in many ways

Reported by Xammax on Steam, Confirmed by me.
The Following related issue have been observed so far:

Initial Import

I needed to reload a save to be able to access newly imported recipes from a DB

Import from non DB Building

For some reason other Importer Buildings can be used as a DB

Duplicated recipes

There are duplicated Bills, available. that should not happen

A Fresh load seems to temporarily "resolve" the issue until a save is reloaded

oh damn what was wrong with me when i merged #862 like that...

changing the def... that can never work with more than one of the same type.

I really hope that can be resolved without reverting to custom Bench Types.
