Unable to locate LiveAccount package during build

Cool project!

Where can the "LiveAccount" package be found? I can not locate it on nuget.org

Edit: after further investigation, I see it's only part of unit testing, so I commented out the unit test and removed the missing package. It now successfully compiles, but when I run all the unit tests they all fail.

First of all, you should understand that this project is still in the experimental stage.

Therefore, the current documentation is not complete.

I have removed some non-essential unit tests in the recent commit, you can get them again and try again.

In addition, the sample project named TypeSharp.React contains a sample batch file using TypeSharp CliTool, named .ts-tsg.bat.
