Add dartdoc support

My use case is the {@template name} syntax.

What is it that you're looking for here?

Would you like dartdoc to be syntax highlighted as Markdown including injections for dart inside markdown code blocks? It feels like it would be confusing if the comment dart code was highlighted the same as the actual dart code.

Do you have an example for how this is handled in other editors that you'd like Zed to emulate?

A Dartdoc comment with a {@template} avoids rewriting a comment several times by allowing its integration on both sides.

I expected the documentation between the declarations of the template {@template name}...{@endtemplate} to be injected as a comment of the annotated element (in this case, my class MessageComponentBuilder) when it is hovered (first screen).

Personally, I would find it more consistent than ignoring it to the extent that when the project generates the documentation with dart doc, these comments are injected on the generated html page 👀

Interesting. So the hover from the LSP is including a reference to a previously tagged docstring {@template} that it's expecting Zed to resolve?

Can you provide an example of this so I can look at the contents LSP RPC messages and see how this is being handled in vscode? Could be an open source repo or steps to bootstrap a project to show the behavior. I'm not a dart dev, so I need all the steps from an empty folder laid out explicitly (clone this, edit this, configure this, hover here, etc). Thanks!
