C or C++ docset are not appearing after download/install

Machine: Windows 11 Enterprise / 24H2 / OS Build 26100.6899
Zeal: v0.7.2 (either portable or MSI installer)

C or C++ docsets are not displayed after downloading them. They are in the docsets folder in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Zeal\Zeal\docsets (or {zeal_portable_dir}/docsets

They disappear from the Docsets download windows when Downloading/Installing is finished, but they do not shown in the main window.

Remark:

• If I do not close Docsets download windows after Downloading/Installing is finished, and click on Refresh button, the C or C++ docsets reappear again in the proposed docsets menu available
• I use other docsets (Bash, CMake, NumPy or Python 3) without issue

Is there any link/need of internet after it has been downloaded, to be able to display the docsets ? I am asking because this is a monitored company laptop that might block some website (though https://en.cppreference.com/ is not blocked...)

Does your user name contain any non-English characters? Could be a duplicate of #1589. I missed the point that other docsets install correctly.
