Create Image: `Render on Farm` included in instance attribute when `Farm Rendering` is not at Render Target Option

Description

Current Behavior

When we set up Render on Farm as instance attribute in ayon+settings://nuke/create/CreateWriteImage/instance_attributes and use image creator, the button executed without any error, but it does not manage to submit the image and render it in farm. This is because the missing attribute of the farm rendering at render target option.

Expected Behavior

We should expect the workflow working smoothly e.g. if we hide the farm rendering from the render target, we should also hide render on farm from instance attribute.
Or we should re-implement back the farm rendering into the render target enum(and tackles the potential issue happened on farm?)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Add Render on Farm as instance attribute in ayon+settings://nuke/create/CreateWriteImage/instance_attributes
2. Create Image Instance
3. Click on the node which is related to the image instance
4. Click Render on Farm
5. It would still show the submission successfully, but it doesn't show any job on farm.
