Callback for set scene settings after start of workfile

• I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Harmony scene settings are not set, the action for setting folder/task attributes to scene session attributes needs to be set manually.

Suggested implementation?

If Harmony offers API for callback then it would be great to add callback for settings attributes after scene starts.
