prevent creation of js files

I do not have any benefits from the generated js files. Is there a possibility to prevent creation of js files when running the yellicode command?
Maybe ts-node can be used to prevent creation of js files? https://github.com/TypeStrong/ts-node

I like the idea, it's worth looking into. Need to find out though if this is possible at all with the current architecture.
