Unable to get mod to work, not a very technical person...

I've always used ModAssistant to easily install mods, but ever since 1.6, this mod has not appeared in ModAssistant, nor have I been able to get it to function by attempting to put the files in what I believe to be the correct directories. Is this still a functional project and I'm being an ID10T PEBCAK, or is it not compatible with 1.6 yet?

Open the zip file, copy the contents as-is to your beatsaber directory. You can use mod assistant to open your beatsaber directory location, I believe it's under options.
Keep in mind this is BETA and may break your game, use at your own risk, though I've been using it without issues.

Sadly this does not seem to work. As far as I can tell it's putting the files in the right location, but no options appear to customize anywhere in the UI. The only mod that seems to work is the 3rd person camera one. I can't get anything to register. 99% certain it's not your mod now.

More tinkering… I’ve got the mod to load and everything >seems< to be fine, but the avatar files fail to load now. They show up on the right panel, but no actual model seems to load when I click on them. Oh I didn’t make the mod, just trying to help. This version of the mod is no longer updated and the new link I posted is a new person taking over.
Try using newer avatar files, I just downloaded a bunch of older ones (over a year old) and none of them work. Try ones only a few months old.
