Delete function hardcoded to only detect "y"

The delete command should only recognise "n" as the input to cancel a deletion, but it accepts any value other than "y".

Thank you for identifying this issue! The functionality of this confirmation message is to set 'y' as the acceptance condition and any other letter as the non-confirmation. However, this does not hinder the functionality of this command, although we can certainly consider working around this issue in future versions of our product.
