While the table overlay looks really nice, it does mess up with the buffer navigation, scrolling and overall usability especially when using evil mode. It would be nice to wrap this functionality in a minor mode to be able to toggle it off when trying to scroll past a huge table or just trying to select something from it and toggle it on again to improve visuals again.
