Copied Highlighted text from Agent output include trailing backtick

When you copy colored text from the Agent output and you paste it into the prompt, it includes a trailing backtick.

Thanks for the fix. Realized later you can copy the Markdown code from the Agent-Shell buffer. It may be worth allowing coping markdown when selecting a block of code and just the text when copying highlighted text that is in backticks.

Unless this is too much work. I'm personally fine if the Markdown code is not accessible. Since I usually ask the agent to write the markdown files when I need them.

The fix strips most of the markup when copying content now.

The current implementation maintains the buffer with markdown text but uses overlay to hide/render the markup.

For some time now, I've been considering converting the received markdown text to propertized text for rendering (no overlays).

Much bigger/future change (need an equivalent to markdown-overlays.el). Sounds like you're ok with current fix, so we can likely close this bug as it addressed most unexpected copying cases.

It looks like this was not fixed. Copying text still includes Markdown code. When copying whole code, it's not a problem, but when copying just the highlighted text, you copy trailing formatting.

Maybe it's worth adding an option for this. Or strip the trailing Markdown formatting at least.
