I have tried both Shadows of Tomb Raider as well as Cyberpunk and both, which were working perfectly, no longer limit their FPS correctly.
Regardless of SteamOS settings, both games which run at base FPS of 30, run at 68-75 fps. Even limiting SteamOS at 60hz it will still go over
