When activating the File job, the date immediately displayed is not the same as the one after a refresh #156

On v5.0.2

Reproducible on mathieulamiot.com (I can provide access if needed, or info on the DB).
Expected behavior
When I activate a job, the displayed date must be the correct one. When I refresh, the displayed date must be the correct one as well.
Acceptance Criteria
- Activate the File job. Check the scheduled date on the UI.
- Refresh the page. The scheduled page must be the same.
- Check the schedule of the CRON, it must match the schedule on the UI.
