Duplicate "Ireland" Region in S3 Destination List, Missing Stockholm Region #145

Describe the bug
When selecting the Amazon S3 destination in BackWPUp, the region "Europe (Ireland)" appears twice, and there is no option for "Stockholm." It seems that the second instance of "Ireland" should correspond to Stockholm.
A user inspected the .po language files and discovered that some translations (FR, IT, JP, BR, PT, RU, SE, CN) are missing the Stockholm region, while others (DE, DE formal, ES) have translated it. This may be causing the issue, despite it not being entirely logical. Additionally, another user confirmed that "Irlande" is duplicated in version 4.1.5 of BackWPUp.
For now, users can inspect the element or try selecting the second "Ireland" option to see if it works for Stockholm, but this should be addressed in a future update.
To Reproduce
Go to BackWPUp plugin settings.
Select Amazon S3 as the backup destination.
Check the dropdown for available regions.
Observe that "Europe (Ireland)" is listed twice, and "Europe (Stockholm)" is missing.
Expected behavior
Stockholm option should be available and visible to select.
