vr~ externals missing

When opening vr~.maxhelp I get these error messages :
newobj: vr.phonon~: No such object
newobj: vr.phonon.hrtf~: No such object

When opening vr.ambi2hrtf~.maxhelp I get :
newobj: vr.hrtf~: No such object
newobj: vr.ambi2hrtf~: No such object

none of these externals are in the externals folder. Am I missing something ?
(no error about missing dll ...)
at Max satartup I have
vr~ using Oculus AudioSDK: 1.34.0
