FR : add support for Valve Index controller

Valve Index controllers can track fingers, but but unfortunately these datas are not returned by the current 
right_hand trigger / buttons / pad messages.
I guess that some other controllers may also have some specific sensors.
Would there be a way to 'automatically' returns all values sent by any controller ?
